I am so incredibly passionate about birth education - my believe is that you will never regret learning “too much” but my goodness do so many of us “wished i’d known that…”
Lets take you, and your birth partner (because you are both on this ride together) from nervous, worried, confused, to confident, calm, curious even excited about the big day!
We cover all types of birth from inductions to home-birth to C sections. We will look at how healthcare policies fit with your birth hormones & stress archetypes - how to work with them all to maximise your experience.
We can also deep dive into breastfeeding, the early days of postpartum, what to expect from your recovery.
Because this is a 1:1 bespoke course we can focus on your specific concerns, worries, plans, ensuring you feel able to make the choices that feel right for you.
3× 2.5 jam packed sessions delivered in your home or online for further away, covering everything you need to know about birthing your baby to writing your birth plan, to the early days of breastfeeding.
Practical, hands on tips for everyone on the birth team as well as the theory side
Handbook, PDF’s, relaxation tracks - the most successful birth prep requires you to keep up the good work and I’m here to make sure that happens!
Birth plan review (by email) I’ll give you my feedback and tips to get the most out of your birth plan.
