Ceasarean Doula

You can absolutely have a doula for your C-Section!

Having a doula is about continuity of care, centring you in your pregnancy, having your wishes listened to, honouring your journey to meeting your baby — not about a specific type of birth. You deserve the doula effect regardless of how your baby arrives.

I’ve experienced two caesareans, I know first hand just how much it matters to be listened to and centred in order for your birth to truly feel yours. I have also walked the recovery path so can deeply empathise with you your experience.
